Can Bus-based Intelligent Sensor Fcs Vessel Monitoring System

Nowadays the research about field-bus control system (FCS) has become a hot point in the field of automation technology, which can realize true distribution control and has the opening manipulate advantage. Generally a FCS consists of a series of intelligent nods such as sensors or actuators.The intelligent field-bus sensors, known as the intelligent networking sensors, could be simply and easily connected with other nods to build up a FCS-type of monitoring system for the marine engine room. The networked intelligent field-bus sensors is extensively applied to such fields as the industrial control , long-distance monitoring and intelligent building, has received the extensive concern of every large manufacturers in the world and developed one's own field bus technology, have one's own market share.In this thesis, the design of a kind of intelligent networking measuring and control system is presented for the applications of the marine engine rooms. This thesis introduces the overall development of intelligent field-bus sensors, emphasizes on the design and realization of it from hardware and software two parts. In hardware, ARM core LPC2119's characteristics and foot functions are detailed, the hardware is divided into several big module functionally to design separately by the modularized design method, and the design ideas of intelligent CAN field-bus sensors and the notes in the course of developing LPC2119 are discussed. In software, the thesis takes software development and debugging of LPC2119 as the key point mainly, according to the function finished by intelligent CAN field-bus sensors and the realization of hardware circuit, with modularized programming method, finishes such functions as data acquisition, data processing, man-machine exchanging, serial communication, etc. Test results prove the CAN field-bus sensors's sound data acquisition performance and it meet the requirement of smart sensor module.
