Based On Discipline Inspection Of The Case-based Reasoning To Punish Decision-making Support System

CBR (Case-Based Reasoning) is one of the most distinguishing methods different from RBR (Rule-Based Reasoning) in Al field. CBR means to use previous experiences in form of cases to solve new problems, through the memorizing of the former cases, to solve the new case in the way of modifying and reusing the former cases which are similar to it. Therefore, the CBR methodology is especially applicable in the decision environment, which do not have good theory model, or the theoretical knowledge is incompletion, or the theory is difficult to define, or the definitions conflict.The decision support system (DSS) is developed on the basis of the computer-human interaction system, model base system and database system, then the knowledge system and Al was introduced in, forming the intelligence decision support system (IDSS).Integrated with party-conduct and incorruptible system of the ministry of communications, DSS was introduced in the field of punishing the impeaching & disclosure to assist the system user and improve their efficiency. And combine the CBR technology with DSS for better reasoning ability.The principle of CBR theory was discussed firstly, followed by the key solutions such as reasoning cycle, case description, organizing, storage, retrieving and reusing. The punishment work was studied later, and defined the function modules of DSS based on the classified of its workflow.Then the following key points were analyzed particularly:In the part of building the case base, based on the formalized description of the cases, adopt the tree hierarchy to store the cases. In the part of the similar degree calculation, divide the similar degree into two kinds, figure out the whole similarity on the basis of the local one calculated before and their rights.At last, briefly introduced the implement of the system, and validated its analyzing effect.
