3-D Modeling theory 3-D animation technology 3-D virtual technology are all pop. visualization study directions in computer Graphics. They are used widely in manufacturing. Applying them to manufacturing provides a intuitionistic and vivid visual communication platform for different users(designers machinists buyers),provides intuitionistic and precise conception among different subjects and sub-systems that manufacturing spans. They can perfect design and make communication conveniently. This paper helps to finish the 3-D parametric Models of electrical magnetric launcher(EML) in Pro/E software;makes computer animation of EML in 3ds max software, displays every component's structure and the assembling disassembling process of EML dynamically, which applies software camera technology and frame-by-frame computer animation technology mainly, then analyzes the shortcoming of frame-by-frame computer animation simultaneously; farther more,this paper does the research in real-time interacted browse technology based on OpenGL, which realizes to observe structure more effectively.it implements 3ds files' reading and display, two interacted pick-up technologys,3-D virtual wandering through controlling observer's location and sight direction by keyboard manipulation, translating and rotating 3-D models by mouse manipulation through improved technique of virtual bounding sphere technique,which shows the superiority in the performance of real-time interaction and provides a good foundation to implement virtual assembly.
