In this thesis I mainly focus on several algorithm of multi-spiral CT interpolation, and the impact on the distribution of reconstruction image noise. And I first give the noise distribution image on reconstruction view. Last I realization a practical cone-beam algorithm FDK algorithm used on 16-rows or above MSCT.MSCT is famous for the small radiation, large volume scanning and quickly reconstruction. And it becomes the first choice in clinical examination. Filtered backprojection is the mainly algorithm of Computed tomography reconstruction. Based on this method ,the core algorithm of Spiral CT is to eliminate data inconsistent by using interpolation method. Study shows that the worldwide magnate like GE healthcare and Simense all use the two-dimensional filtered backprojection method after rebinning and interpolation operation in their 16-row CT or above. So with the maturate filtered backprojection method and rebinning and interpolation properly we will get high performance imaged quickly. This paper discussed the whole process of computer reconstruction from pre-weighting of rawdata to spiral interpolation. And compare the result of two mainly interpolation method. Above all we reallize a general method of FeldKamp alsgorithm in Cone-beam scanner reconstruction. At last, I thoroughly discussed the principles and performance of reconstruction noise.
