The Status Of Our Public Opinion And Countermeasures

This paper raises the current situation of domestic consensus supervision dialectically: on one hand, the supervision by public opinfon has been improved a lot than what it was before, while on the other hand, with space, time and content prosperity and weak integer, its development is not thorough.The paper analysis the following four problems on this base:Firstly, what factors push the consensus supervision on agenda? This report holds the opinion that includes the factors of social politic, public, and media. Second, what kind of problem should exists in the current consensus supervision? The answer is the consensus supervision is always in lower position with all kinds of affection standing in the way, and another factor is that the media plays hegemony tricks, which should hurt the supervision target, and at meantime, the consensus supervision is often been used as the tools and means of attacking renting and audiences' attention. The third part of the paper is to explain that the enforcement of supervision by public opinion must be carried out by three ways, which are to strengthen.the law, to win the leaders' support and to enlarge the. resources that can be used for consensus supervision. And the last part emphasis we should enhance the system and moral code of the media itself while strengthen the law in order to make further developing of the consensus supervision.
