Facing the rapid development of the information revolution, everyone can be experiencing "Digital life". The number of agricultural machinery is rapidly increasing in course of agricultural modernization. It's important and necessary to make the modernization of the agricultural machinery safety supervision (AMSS). This makes it urgent for the intercommunication and management of the AMSS to realize modernization and network. Now the AMSS has been popularized in several provinces and cities of our country. But there are more or less imperfection in the existing system software. They can't satisfy the requirement of the AMSS. So it has important practical signification to design and develop the AMSS.In this thesis, the following problems are studied: the frame work for the AMSS, functions of subsystems, design of the system, the evaluated system for the driving adaptability of drivers in mechanism of faming, the associated theory and methods. An archetype of the AMSS is established by using Visual FoxPro software and the develop method that faces the object. The AMSS is composed by six subsystems: the management of motor vehicle, the management of driver, the management of accidental files, the management of financial surveillance, the management of personal surveillance and the management of transaction write. This system designs different function modules, different level's character and different user's quality for level's user. It also supplies specific information for different level's subsystem. In order to be convenient for unified management of the information, this system executes the unified management. The technique of multivariate statistical analysis is used to study the driving adaptability for drivers in mechanism of faming.
