The intelligent control continually develop, fuzzy control which has become outstanding in the field of the intelligent controller has already applied widely in industry production process. Fuzzy control does not need to know accurate mathematic model of some object. It is based on human thinking and producing experience; and it applies language rule to describe controlling process and bases rule to modify the controlling arithmetic and parameter. Fuzzy control has the advantage of quickness, at the same time, it can keep small over setting point. But fuzzy control is not very perfect in theory. In addition, the steady error exists in process control. PID control technique is reliable,stable and its structure is simple. It has the advantage to eliminate the error, but its efficiency depends on its factors. Because of the conflict between quickness and over setting point,it probably can not satisfy the control demand.This paper firstly introduces some arithmetic which often are used in ordinary PID control and the methods of PID optimal-tuning based on genetic algorithms. Then particularly review the design of fuzzy logic controller and do simulation test.
