Laser always attracts the attention of researchers because it can be widely used in imaging, communicating and detecting. In recent years, the worldwide researchers pay much attention to Fourier Telescopy. It is an active imaging technique that encodes the information in the temporal instead of spatial domain, then receives the speckle and deposed of it to reconstruction the object image. Now, the high-resolution technique is under the condition of deeply researched. For the far deep space object, the scattered wave must transmit through the turbulence atmosphere and received by detector. As a result, the wave is inevitably affected by the turbulence. So it is necessary to research the interference of the beams after it have transmitted a certain distance through the turbulence atmosphere. The article studies this problem of interference instance. This affords theory argues for high–resolution interference imaging technique. The phase screen method is used in simulation of laser beam transmit through turbulent medium.The simulation indicates that:1. The aperture distance larger the interference fringe is closer.2. The simulation indicates that it can form better interference fringe when the altitude is higher than 3.5 kilometers.3. The distance to the ground is closer the turbulence is stronger. As a result, the interference fringe has more aberration in the near ground area. So the test machine should avoid this stronger turbulence. It can be tested in higher hypsography.4. In the simulation, we find that the interference has the relationship not only to turbulence but also to the way the beam through it. The fringe is much better when beam transmit from weak turbulence to strong turbulence than in reverse way.5. The dissertation also concludes many turbulence spectrums, and compares the differences between them. A few methods of producing phase screen have been listed, We choose the FFT phase screen to simulation.
