Digital communication is always aiming to improve validity and reliability through transmission system. How to transmit data correctly especially in complicate electromagnetism environment get more designer's attention. The traditional wave control signal is been transmitted though cable which has many limitations, such as serious interference between cables, low reliability, short transmission distance, big volume and complicated routing. On the other hand, fiber transmission remedy the lacks of cable transmission. Fiber system can resist electromagnetism interference but light module is easier to be affected by temperature. So, it will be more difficulty to implement design. With the ATC and the APC in light emission modules, they enhance the stability of output light signal and reduce the influence of temperature changing and part aging.In our design, we have implemented TDM to eight parallel difference input signals, 8B/10B encoding/decoding, high-speed transmission through a single fiber. In order to test the system's performance conveniently, we have developed a BER detector based on FPGA. Through verification, our system has good performance and BER reaches 10-10 in the normal temperature. The system can work correctly under the industrial level temperature.TDM is able to synthesize two or more signals to make sufficient use of transmission channel. In TDM system, it's the key problem to achieve steady and reliable frame synchronization. We can only resume original signals if we get the real frame synchronization.8B/10B encoding adapt the characteristic of fiber channel very well, it has been used in high-speed fiber transmission broadly. It avoids the appearance of continuous"1","0", offers plenty of bit synchronization time information, enhances the stability of output light signal, reduces interference between signals and offers proper redundancy to check error through transmission.
