Netlike Radar System is the trend of radar development at present. Non-cooperative bistatic radar plays an important role in Netlike Radar System for its excellent performance. It is of necessity to research non-cooperative bistatic radar to enhance the performance of radar fence. This thesis mainly focuses on nonlinear filter and data fusion problems, the main results are as follows:1. This thesis presents fundamental theory, position model and error analyses of non-cooperative bistatic radar positioning system.2. Nonlinear problem is inevitable in bistatic radar positioning and tracking. This thesis presents the latest development of nonlinear filtering theory and the appliance of Divided Difference Filter (DDF), Unscented Kalmen Filter (UKF) and Particle Filter (PF) in non-cooperative bistatic radar positioning and tracking system.3. Simple UKF could be gained on the base of linear observation function in bistatic radar, and be applied in the non-cooperative bistatic radar system. The results show that the conputation complexity of SUKF is less obviously, and filtering accuracy compared with UKF is unchanged.4. Suboptimal fading DDF (SFDDF) and suboptimal fading UKF (SFUKF) algorithm can be obtained with the application of suboptimal fading EKF. Suboptimal fading algorithm is an error compensative technology basing on the Kalman filter orthogonality principle, which can greatly improve filtering precision and stability.5. Data fusion is the key technology to optimize the bistatic and multistatic radars. The thesis introduces concentrative fusion, non-feedback distributed optimal fusion, feedback distributed optimal fusion and sub-optimal fusion. In addition, by applying these fusion methods and nonlinear filter algorithm mentioned above, tracking imitations of mobile objectives are obtained in multistatic radar circumstance. The results show that feedback distributed optimal fusion has modest conputation complexity and can obtain the best result about the whole system.
