Today, with the development of the process of building the E-government, YunNan E-government Network Management Center, is responsible for the entire province E-government engineering construction, network management, working maintenance. In order to realize all the YunNan Province Network Management Center having no paper working, information communication and information sharing. The YunNan Province E-government Network Management Center decides to design the YunNan Province E-government Business Management Information System.Building Business Management Information System focus on IT business system management become more necessary。 This paper mainly discusses and compares modern OO technologies such as Unified Modeling Language, Software Architecture, Software Framework, Design Pattern, Component Based Development and Software Reuse。 In this paper also include information about J2EE Architectureo Supported by the success of using UML and J2EE technology in the Business Management Information System of YunNan E-government network management Center.This paper concludes some effective artifices on developing high reliability, reusability software under J2EE Architecture, some useful suggestion on system modeling and analyzing。 It's a very good sample in the E-government network management domain.
