As the weapon performance requires more and more exactitude in the modern battlefield, it is important to deal with the error analysis and to seek the primary factors that influence the firing accuracy, which will provide the reasonable basis for overall plan proof, the system design, the fire principle formulation of the new self-propelled artillery as well as for display fire efficiency if the self-propelled artillery effectively, so it is essential to analyze the fire control system.This paper comes form the projects about the research of armored weapon system experiment technology. In this paper, it introduces the theory of the fire control system. Analyzes the process when the fire control system firing to the moving target, the model of target traveling path, the coordinates transformation and smooth, specially on the error factor and error analysis. Finally, takes the date from shooting range as sample, analyzes the data association, try to make further exploration for establishing the modal of FCS and correcting error .Meanwhile in order to filter large numbers of sample data ,it presents a new software system to eliminate the error data ,which improves the usability of the data.
