This paper is beginning with the trend of researching and development of mobile robot. It considers the actual project of robot then gives a new solution way of mobile object's survey which based Web. It's structured with WebGIS and GPS to reach the goal of monitoring the mobile object such as motive robot. We used GPS (Global Position System) to gather the geography's information. In order to increasing GPS data's precision we designed pseudo range of DGPS (differential global positioning system) and kalman filter. We used AutoCAD and Maplnfo Professional to make e-map which is used in system. The designed WebGIS is based on Maplnfo Co.'s product: MapXtreme as a map sever and IIS (Internet Information System) web sever to process the information of GPS gathered and show the mobile object's longitude and latitude in real time. We can monitor object by browser through Internet or Intranet. This WebGIS's advantages are here: It's easy to arrange, we can use object in a big area without considering setting signal marks or cable. We provide the platform which can be used in remote control next time. The running of the system shows it's a new method which enlarges the range of mobile object's using and enhances its intelligence.
