With the development of Internet, vast information is transported on it, the security about some important information becomes more and more important.The IPSec protocol which was suggested a few years ago became a new security solution in IP level.The implement of IPSec can check the security of the information which was transported on the Routers, and the encryption arithmetic used in it is a important guarantee.The Router Encryption Solution Based on the coupled bi-directional toggle cellular automata is to use a cryptography system based on the coupled bi-directional toggle cellular automata and encrypt the information transported on the Routers.In order to use the encryption arithmetic, we realize the arithmetic and modularize it, design a software encryption system based on IPSec, then add the encryption module in the system.The system can process the information transported on the Routers and encrypt the important information.The sofeware encryption system in this paper accords with the standard of IPSec, and design the needed database about SADB and SPD, it can process the IP datagram transported from one Router to the other Router, the high security arithmetic in it can check the security of the important information.The IKE in the system can maintain and update the database automatically, it increases the security and convenient for the user.Useing IPSec and the encryption arithmetic based on the coupled bi-directional toggle cellular automata to encrypt data on Routers, improve the ability about counteracting attack and analyse, and increase the security of information in IP level.
