The logistics service industry appeared in recent years, and the cigarette distribution which takes collect goods and offer unifying distribution as the characteristic, is their typical representatives. After joining WTO, the tobacco trade in the monopoly position all the time in our country will face the competitions and challenges of foreign advanced tobacco enterprises directly. How to improve the competitive ability of the cigarette distribution enterprises becomes a problem urgently to be solved.The cigarette distribution enterprises in our country are come from the traditional transportation and storage industries mostly, and lack in the information system, but the information system of the logistics is a heart of the whole logistics system. So, advance the construction of the cigarette distribution information system is very important to the tobacco industry. It also will be good for promote the operating efficiency and enhance the market competitive power.This article designs the modeling of Jinan cigarette distribution information system and analyses it, and try our best to design a high-performance cigarette distribution information system. In order to design such extensive and complicated information system effectively, choose a kind of suitable mathematical model for establish an appropriate system model is extremely essential, and the model is very important to analyze the system.At present, have many kinds of methods to establish a information system model, Stochastic Petri Net(SPN) is a very effective one among them. The SPN method has already been used in many fields, it has formalized modeling technology based on figure and mathematics, and has perfect abstract and refinement mechanisms, and it is more high-level and special-purpose technology in the field of modeling.This article combines the organization and the current network of the Jinan tobacco company, utilize the SPN to design the system models and carry on the analysis of the information system, divide the logistics operation into some objects with very strong express ability, and through use the transition to join...
