The Industry capacity control system supervise the state of the industry field, and control the normal function based on the change of these states. The action of the capacity control system is extremely important in industry production. It needs many data to achieve their assignment. The capacity control system based on real-time data access commonly come down to disposal of historical data, so it is very important to organize and manage these data, and it affects immediately the capability of the whole system.The article uses "control experiment object" as the experiment equipment of industry field, And it is done to design and realize the real-time data access and manage system using the experiment object-boiler.The article has introduced the design of Real-time Data Access and Manage System in detail. And go deep into analysis of the hot points in course of developing system such as interface realizing, data curve darwing, server collocating, database handling. And create data access, dynamic database, create real-time trending display and historical trending display, develop the function that process histrical data, and advance better method . The article introduces the designing of data access and manage system based on Multi-Document Interface (MDI) structure, and the designing includes database server scheme module, function module, database structure, each function module realizing. This paper manages and exploits MDI subwindow using visual inherited function. The dynamic establishment method which is adopted by majority windows of the system not only enhances the quality of the program, but also reduces the time of compling programs and linking to run, and then improves the efficiency of program exploitation.In a word, a new method of design and realization for Real-time Data Access and Manage System based on C++ Builder platform which using SQL Server as back-end database is discussed in this paper. The system not only exerted thesuperiority of C++ Builder on developing on Win32 platform but alse made use of the ascendancy of SQL Server. The SQL Server system based on Client/Sever have much advantages such as good security, good reliability, easy to concentrated manage and resource sharing, good for using network, this bring the agility and opening to this system. Experiment result shows that it is conscientiously feasible that this system develop scheme.
