As a result, the management of the exhibition which falls into the difficult situation is pressing for an intelligent and wireless telecommunication CheckIn system to be in charge of the checking in and statistical processing. Hence an advanced exhibition information management takes place of the traditional manual check-in.The wireless exhibition Check-in system is developed on the base of Windows Mobile. There exists a similar advantage between the Windows Mobile operation system and traditional Windows operation. Using Pocket PC and Socket Palm Scanner to collect and discriminate information code. At the same time, the information from the scanning can be real-time transferred through WLAN connection and Database Server PC. We adopt RDA technology to exchange the data with SQL Server. The authentication of the participants can be recognized timely. The collection and the statistics of the data about the whereabouts of the participants will be accurate and rapid in a large-scale conference. Therefore, the efficiency of the information management is improved.
