In recent years, the mobile communication has developed at full speed. PoC service is the wireless exploitation technology that is developing at the most full speed and has wide effect in wireless area. This paper analyzes PoC system structure and PoC system concepts with reference to PoC specification that is offered by OMA and this paper also provides a project about building a PoC system trial network which is base on CDMA wireless access system. Finally this paper provides a design project of PoC terminal. This terminal is built on MSM5105 chips which are provided by Qualcomm Company. The main work of this dissertation is as follows:Chapter one briefly introduces the subject background.Chapter two analyzes logical architecture of PoC system and its unit entities. Logical architecture of PoC system is constructed with three parts. And this chapter describes the functional entities and reference points that are involved in the support of the PoC service and the protocol which is used in PoC service.Chapter three makes reference to PoC logical architecture to analyze each system concepts about PoC service which must be resolved in the process of building PoC system. This chapter especially describes Talk Burst Control, Handling of Simultaneous PoC Sessions, and Charging. These three parts is the most important parts of PoC system.Chapter four provides a project of PoC implementation which is base on CDMA access wireless net. And this chapter supplies a reference mode about it. In this mode, the PoC server works as other application servers work, for example Web server. So deploying the PoC Center Server will not affect the core net of CDMA net to work, and it will not bring too expensive cost, and so it will make a convenience of the service provider to promote their network to PoC system without handicap. This chapter provides a project to apply the broadcast of the foreword link and provides an upgrading constructor project about PoC trail network which is base on the CDMA wireless access net.Finally, chapter five provides a design project of PoC terminal. This terminal is built on MSM5105 chips which are provided by Qualcomm Company. This terminal mode includes: UE interface, PoC client, XML Document Management Client, Watcher, Presence Source, and Device Management Client.
