As a kind of technology obtaining knowledge from plentiful data, data miningtechnology has been applied in more and more domains. Data mining in traditionalChinese medicine has broad prospect of application but full of challenge. So far thestudies of famous or old traditional Chinese medicine doctors' learning thought andclinical experiences have still been in stage of arranging and inducing. There aresubjective ingredients in the studies. The important purpose of this task is to mineusing drugs regularity from clinical medical records with data mining technology soas to provide the reference for treatment, teaching of traditional Chinese medicine andmanufacture of traditional Chinese patent medicine.The majority of our work is summarized here:1,The existing mining algorithms of association rule are analyzed and discussedthoroughly, such as AIS Algorithm,Apriori Algorithm,FP-Growth Algorithm,DLGAlgorithm and so on. We put forward a new changed algorithm——DRA algorithm ofmining association rule based on array. At the same time, comparing it with traditionalApriori algorithms, we analyze the efficiency of the algorithms. DRA algorithm onlyneeds scan the database one time, needn't give birth to candidate items .The efficiencyhas been improved.2,We design the analyzing system of traditional Chinese medicine's clinicalmedical records which adopt the Apriori algorithms and DRA algorithms in WindowsXP and Visual BASIC6.0.3,Basing on the advisement of dependability, veracity and integrality,2262professor Ding's clinical medical records were collected from July, 2004 to October,2005 in vascular medicine clinical of Shan Dong University of traditional Chinesemedicine affiliated hospital. In order to prove the nicety of the algorithms, we adoptthe Apriori algorithms to seek the frequent items of hypertention and coronary heartdisease. The models nearly accord with the Gou Teng Fang and the Huang Qi Fang ofprofessor Ding Shuwen curing hypertention and coronary heart disease.We, with the help of data mining technology, analyze the famous or oldtraditional Chinese medicine doctors' using drugs regularity systematically andobjectively, breach traditional thought of arranging and inducing famous or oldtraditional Chinese medicine doctors' learning thought and clinical experiences simply,create a new method that using computers to analyze famous or old traditionalChinese medicine doctors' experience, and is about to bring active effect for testifyingand expatiating connotation, advancing learning level, enlarging existent space oftraditional Chinese medicine.
