Personalized 2d/3d Garment Design System

Computer Aided Garment Design is a technology applying the theory and technology of CAD field to dress designing, producing, products developing, management and administration etc. It includes knowledge of computer graphics, the data base , communication of the network etc. It is a special modernized new and high technology of dress designing on the screen by the designer who designs dress on the screen supported by software and hardware system of the computer through the human-computer interaction means. Market at present has a lot of Computer Aided Garment Design but they all have much shortcoming. We design a dress designing system , making users use simpler and more convenient, swift, saving the cloth, meeting customer individual demand. This paper introduces basic knowledge , basic conception and implementation method of cloth design involved in this system . Each function module in system has been designed based on such knowledge.
