Talent competition has become one of the most overwhelming challenges in today' s knowledge economy world. People of talent in a field are an essential force for its development, thus a better method to examine and evaluate those people in a scientific, fair, and impersonal way appears to be fundamentally important.The paper covers a complete application process of professional talent evaluation on J2EE platform for a health professional evaluation project in which iteration and increment are utilized.In the first part, the paper describes the content modeling on the basis of analyzing the health professional evaluation items needed, and then the visualization of the analysis and design in operational process on the platform to which practical examples are attached,Then it introduces the adoption of MVC three-layer design pattern based on J2EE platform and the detailed accomplishment of general designing and layering by a way of integration of three source frameworks - Structs, Sping, and Hibernate.The author suggests a multidisciplinary knowledge-system indexing to perfect and enrich information description and recordation of professionals which can easily follow the operation growth and helps solving the problem of unpersuasive evaluations given by the examiners who are not quite aware of their examinees' professional specialties. Presently, a test question database system can only compose test questions for an exam either according to its outline or the subject concerned.The author' s research combines these two compositions in preparing test questions for the selfsame exam.In addition to above all, the paper also puts forward anexpert-knowledge-based test paper comaposition strategy and an idea of designing its database to raise the system efficiency and test paperquality.
