Along with the appearance of 3G and the technology continually perfect, global graduate school and academic circle has pay close attention to LBS.On the other hand, a great deal of mobile consumer is exigent to adopt the application about the LBS,such as vehicle navigation, goods stream manage, location demand etc.But now,there are still many problems with the LBS technology,except to improve on existing algorithm and to study the site performance of mobile network to make better the performance of the system, we should also consider the modify to network and mobile station in various algorithm, equally the feasibility about algorithm etc.So,it's very import and invaluable to study the LBS in mobile network.At first,this paper introduced the basic conception and fundamental.And then,it discussed the validity and precision etc. about the LBS algorithm, equally analyzed the methods now available,through finding out internal and external correlative research currently.Also,the paper brought forward a new LBS algorithm which compound TDOA, AOA and artificial nerve network.Subsequently, we analyzed the main factors that affect the precision of LBS, introduced key technology bring the business into effect, raised the selective politic pattern and the consideration about LBS system build plan.This paper brought forward the consideration about LBS system build plan based on the intellective network.And then,countering the particular LBS technological process,we proceeded comparison accordingly in different practical system,thus set forth the principle that bring the business into effect in different practical system.We pointed out clearly the principle and technique that judge the LBS plan,the main function module about LBS system build plan based on the intellective network, the solution with the UE, and the advantage of this plan.Then we combined the new LBS algorithm which compound TDOA, AOA and artificial nerve network above,and designed the structure frame of the program ,by establishing mutuality signal channel model and transmission restrict condition.Whereafter,we conducted algorithm simulation by programming on PC, and got the result that declare the compound LBS algorithm elevated the output precision of the system effectively.After that,we evolved some methods and strategy to make betterthe performance guideline of the system, equally discussed various mobile data business based on LBS.Finally,we summarized working paper and viewed the task in future.Above all, we pointed out invention after elaborating the body in this paper. The paper brought forward a new compound LBS algorithm,also built the selective politic pattern according different requirement to choose different precision LBS technology,and the LBS system plan based on the intellective network may be a practical build plan which investment is few but performance is good,comparatively. Thereafter, we concluded and analyzed briefly the main problems consisting in the LBS system,and then raised that in-depth study of various LBS algorithm and LBS system build procedure would have major strategic significance for mobile operators to exsert corresponding LBS application countering marketre quirement in good time.
