The module has a view of object-oriented and encapsulates the concept with name, alias, attribute and rules to a compound structure. And the relations and events among the concepts make a complex network which can represent the structure and the dynamic categories of the domain knowledge. All these build a firm knowledge foundation for organizing learning resources efficiently and building the learning content variably.The paper discusses in detail the gain of the knowledge character of the text resource automatically by the analysis of the relations of the concepts and concept based matching by the module. The paper describes the learning resource using metadata by learning object and give the metadata of the content attribute of the learning resource. The organization and utilizing of the learning resources by the module may realize the reform in different learning mode and construction automatically of the learning content.
