The locomotive converter is the key part when the locomotive is carrying on the electric energy form to change. Railway electric locomotive, diesel electric locomotive and rely on it to carry on the electric energy form to change. The normal running of the locomotive converter, is an important insurance of the safe operation of the locomotive. The locomotive high-power converter is usually made up of a lot of high-power electric electronic device series-parallel connections. In the overhauled course of the locomotive converter, it is an important job to carry on the function test to the electric electronic device of the high-power of the locomotive: First, check directly whether the device itself is qualified, second, mate for the electric electronic device of the series-parallel connection.This text combines real scientific research task and production for need, develop the automatically test system of the electric electronic device of the high-power of the locomotive for the locomotive depot of the railway.At first the thesis has recommended the major diesel electric locomotive at present of our country and the structural of the main converter of electric locomotive, the main way of series and parallel, and main technical indicator of the electric electronic device of high-power, put forward the systematic mentality of designing of testing, compare and study by the scheme of testing. The main control system choose in common use worker accuse of computer, it adopts to be all dynamic method of testing to test the device. Test course including three main courses: high-power rectification device to test, door test and reverse test. The voltage sensor adopts the special sensor of voltage of Hall of locomotive, the electric current sensor has adopted LEM electric current sensor imported.The thesis has introduced in detail the operation principle of the electric electronic device of high-power automatically tests systematic, and the main parameter method of test the rectification device completely dynamically. And it designed the main parameter of test the main circuit of system, protect the circuit. It adopted FIR digital filter technology separated from digital total mark PID control algorithm is it test the systematic figure sample and the voltage, electric current are controlled to carry on, localization characteristic and large resolution ratios analyse the characteristic frequently when using light wave good to vary technology, realize high-power electric automatic trouble of electronic device diagnose, through the Visual C++6.0 software programming realization tests systematic full-automation to test and control.
