In distributed systems, we must provide an effective data transport infrastructure to support different distributed application. For this application, more and more distributed systems use message-oriented middleware(MOM) to exchange information. And message-oriented middleware (MOM) is a general infrastructure to support information exchange for distributed computing. With the development of the distributed computing, MOM must support uniform information exchange format, ensure the efficient and reliability of information exchange and transport information on demand. In the paper, we introduce the Semantic Web technology into MOM and propose Semantic-based MOM named DART MQ. In our system, the domain concepts involved in all events are integrated together to form a concept model. Inside DART MQ, each event is represented as a RDF graph. Therefore, it can support events in almost any complex format. When an event is published, it is firstly converted into a RDF graph before further processing. For subscribers, the received events are always RDF/XML format. Our system also support scheduling broker dynamically. When client add into the system, we first select an event broker through Broker Scheduling Service. We design dynamic transport framework to support different protocol suited for different cases. In DART MQ, client first uses Protocol Negotiation Service to negotiate the best transport protocol for data transport. Considering that the network capability is unstable, our system can specify the migration to anther transport protocol in information transport.
