The current mode technology is a technology to design , manufacture and apply circuit theoretically based on current analogue IC, is a new technology developing along with high speed integrated technics, is a technology of signal process set current as parameter. And the technology of sensors is a very important part of the modern information technology. It is very significative for development of sensors on low power consumption and high speed to put the idea of current mode into the technology of sensors. The paper analyzes the going of inSb and the relation between output and magnetic field under constant current prompting.Firstly, the paper introduces the theory of the InSb magnetosensitive characteristics and the basic cell of current mode circuit. Then the paper discusses kinds of structure and characteristic of power prompting and design in detail the structure of circuit with the magnetoresistance under constant prompting. Kinds of parameter in the whole system are measured. And discuss the relation between them. At last, discuss the work module on theory contrasted with sensor of vacuum magnetism. We got some useful results from our work. (1)The power consumption of the chip under the work module is very low and the maximal value is only 0.36uW. It is only 0.02‰ of the value under current mode. The chip has low calorific value and saves electricity. (2)The current feedback operational amplifier has obvious virtue under low current prompting compared to the common amplifier through comparing outputs of two preamplifiers. But the virtue is not obvious under great current prompting. (3)The differential amplifier can restrain the yawp. (4)The relation of magnetic induction and the signal output is linear under low magnetic field through analyzing data.
