Digital microscopic system greatly extends capability of conventional optical microscopy. It improves the basic performance of the microscopy with respect to lateral resolution and image contrast and has been widely applied to biomedicine, medicine and quality measurement.There are six chapters in this thesis: chapter 1 is an introduction; chapter 2 describes the composition of the microscopic system; chapter 3 discusses the overall structure of the software softem and its realization; chapter 4 is about relative algorithms and their implementations in detail; chapter 5 is an overview of the software application; chapter 6 gives summary and prospect.First, in this thesis, we give a brief review of current development of digital microscopic system and draw a conclusion that the domestic research can't keep up with the advanced technique of the world, especially in the area of image analysis software. Though the whole system consists of three parts :optical module, data acquisition module and software module, we put our emphasis on the development of software module, which is the most important one. Then, we introduce our work on the design and implementation of overall software structure. After that, the algorithms are explained in detail .We have accomplished many functions not only in classical areas, but also some special ones, including cell counting algorithm and image dimensioning algorithm. What's more, image explorer and database functions are intregrated in the software.The whole software is characteristic of its powerful functions, stable performance and excellent capacity to price ratio. |
