The PHS(Personal Handy phone System) technology is developing in China rapidly. UTSTARCOM and ZTE have made great success by improving the PHS system. Then how to solve the drawback of PHS is very important.Firstly, This paper describes how to design a CS on uC/OS-II real time operating system based on the new product QBOX of UTSTARCOM company; and analyses the system structure and communication control methods of PHS; and describes how to port the uC/OS-II to H8S/2643 chip and how to cooperate with other modes; and discusses the bootloader protocol of 2643.Secondly, there are two kinds of methods to reduce the priority inversion problem on uC/OS-II. One is priority protection protocol, the other is priority inheritance protocol. This paper discusses the drawback of these protocols and provides a priority swap protocol to avoid priority inversion problem. Finally, this paper describes interface specification of GPIB, the implementation of the ATE(Automatic Testing Equipment) of Radio Communication Analyzer MT8801 based on GPIB in the PHS communication system; and especially describes the software programming of interface functions and Object-Oriented algorithms.
