Navigation information processing is the main function of navigation satellite .After analysing the characteristic of navigation information processing on satellite and the requirement of the project, the demonstration system of navigation information processing on Satellite has been designed based on the theory of Navigation Satellite Timing and Ranging/Global Positioning System(GPS).The whole system are consist of imitated upload station,imitated navigation information processing system and imitated user receiver.The fiducial clk and reset source of each part is same ,and the information transmitted form part to part is on line. The demonstration system realized alizes the function of distance measure between space-and ground-segment and navigation information processing on satellite on baseband in order to provid a hardware emulational platform for the demonstration about navigation information processing on satellite of the second generation satellite navigation system of our country. This dissertation also studied the problem of clocks synchronization of MEO Satellite as clocks in the space-and ground-segment is not synchronized in radio system. Based on two-way time transfers, a quasi –polynomial was formed by the means of least square estimation with a great deal of observed values. Synchronization of clocks in the space-and ground-segment was actualized by getting the difference between clocks in the space-and ground-segment from the quasi –polynomial . This method can be used in Navigation Satellite Systems and distance measurement Systems between Satellites.
