In order to realize the frequency selection of excessive channels, more and moremicrowave components to select frequency are applied in the fields of spaceflight, radar,and telecommunication etc. This subject is mainly about the design of such microwavecomponent with broadband property. The components consists of five interdigitalbandpass filters and two SP5T (Single-Pole 5-Throw) switches, which can successfullyselect out 5 channels with bandwidth of 2G from frequency band 6GHz~18GHz.The paper emphasize on the design of broadband microwave component ofselecting frequency. Firstly, it discusses the determination of the type of filter. Secondly,it introduces the development and design of stripline interdigital filter in details. Finallyit deals with the structure of the components and the switch corresponded.In the development of filter, adopting interdigital structure of stripline ,it is providewith higher rejection and has no autoeciousness band in very wide frequency.structureof debugging is added to reduce the affection of manufacture error improving the indexsignificantly. The structure of series-parallel connecting PIN diode is adopted toaccretion separation and to reduce insert loss. Miniaturization of the component is alsorealized with full consideration of connection of filters and switchs and interference ofevery switch spur track.The main task and achievement are as follows:1. The design of the interdigital bandpass filter;2. The simulation and the optimization of filters using HFSS(High Frequency System Simulate);3. Analysis and discussion of the curves obtained from the testing and debugging of filter;4. The design and simulation in ADS(Advanced Design System) of SP5T switch;5. The structure design of the components. Methods mentioned in this paper are of great meaning to the filter design in future, involving the use of HFSS which improves the design efficiency remarkably and the introduction of debugging structure which significantly improve the index.
