Nano material is developing rapidly and playing an important role in 21 century. Arounding nano materials, some new physical phenomena, new physical theories and some new nano science technologies appeared. The research of the physical nature of the nano materials have become the hot topic that domestic and international academic field pay attention to. Nano materials have one of the best performance that many traditional materials can't match in excellence with the special functions, having the unprecedented foreground in the every trade. The thesis is the preparation and analysis of YAGG:Tb Nano phosphor. The micron YAGG:Tb phosophor is very excellent in its brightness, the most important is the saturated nature in electric current superior. Especially in the projection TV it shows good application foreground and has the latent application value in FED,PDP display. The clearness of the picture has close relation with the size of the phosphor. The small the size is, the high the resolution is. Nano phosopher can increase the resolution and make the picture clear. While at present we haven't found the report of the nano YAGG:Tb phosophor, so it has the important meaning to study the nano phosphor. The thesis introduces the preparation of YAGG:Tb by Urea-sol and combustion synthesis with glycine methods and contrasts the two methods. The particle-size and shapes of different temperature are observed and taken photos with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) .The diffraction patterns of them are measured by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and microcosmic crystal-structure is analyzed . The emissive spectra are measured with dynamic-test apparatus. A comparison is given between our phosphor and commercial projection-tube phosphor. Lastly, the experiment results have been discussed. The thesis includes three parts, seven chapters in all. Part one is composed of the first two chapters. The development of phosphor and the future requirements of display phosphors are described and the mechanism of luminescence of phosphor materials is also explained; part two is only chapter three. The domestic and oversea methods of synthesizing nanoparticle phosphors and the design of thesis's experiment are discussed in this part; part three includes four chapter, five chapter and six chapter, the synthesis experiments and research courses and measured data of superfine-particle YAGG:Tb phosphors are described in it and contrast the...
