With the progress of the radiation therapy, More and more Radiation oncologistsare interesting in modulated radiation therapy(IMRT) ,because of its outstanding meritat aspects of increasing TMR ,killing tumour cells and decreasing or avoidingirradiating near normal tissue. Intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) must bethe leading technology of radiation therapy in 21st century. Multileaf collimator(MLC) is the indispensable equipment of IMRT.The control system reconstruction of multileaf collimator (MLC) is discussed inthis paper. Frist, we construct the module of information control and managementwith FPGA to instead the centrum of communication with MCU in the old typeDMLC. Second, we design driver circuit for changing the current with CPLDprogram. Third, we use seach method to optimize the PID parameter automatically.Finally, we analyse the theory of intensity modulated arc therapy (IMAT), andpropose the control method of intensity modulated arc therapy (IMAT) base onsliding window technique.
