In the last 90s century, the development of human genimics porjectindicated that biology has stepped into the age of genome. By now, thedevelopment of Bioinformations has make great success in medicalstudies, agriculture development, organic evolution and trace origin oflife.Rice is the most importance cropper in the world, it is widelyaccepted as the model of the gramineae and monocotyledon. Over theyears , the research of Genomics and Functional Genomics has been thehot spot of the rice studies in the world. DNA polymorphism is the basisto develop molecular markers that are widely used in genetic mappingtoday. A genome-wide rice DNA polymorphism database has beenconstructed in this work using the genomes of Nipponbare, a cultivar ofjaponica, and 93-11, a cultivar of indica. For that DNA polymorphismdatabase, this paper will show a solution to make it with the skill oftextual data mining .The result of the present work implied that we can use this solutionto establish other species'DNA polymorphism database.
