Over theyears , the research of Genomics and Functional Genomics has been thehot spot of the rice studies in the world. DNA polymorphism is the basisto develop molecular markers that are widely used in genetic mappingtoday. A genome-wide rice DNA polymorphism database has beenconstructed in this work using the genomes of Nipponbare, a cultivar ofjaponica, and 93-11, a cultivar of indica. For that DNA polymorphismdatabase, this paper will show a solution to make it with the skill oftextual data mining .The result of the present work implied that we can use this solutionto establish other species'DNA polymorphism database. |
