Along with the development and popularization of computer technology, multimedia technology and network technology, E-Learning comes into being. Each country in the world pays more attention to E-Learning then before, and E-Learning redounds to development of every country's education. But today's software systems are devoid of alternation, they set out content to learner by static state web page. This sterile and simplex management can't inspire the learning enthusiasm of the learner. In addition, exploitation of this system requests the developer to have not only profound professional theory of the certain subject, but also well-knit basal knowledge of computer network. So exploitation of teaching system based on network often needs cooperate with several people. This greatly increased the difficulty and cost. All of this greatly baffled the spread and use of E-Learn.According to modern theory of Learning, based on the existing E-Learning theories and modes, I design a Aiding-study system based on Web, using modern web page technique, ASP technique, database server technique, Flash technique. This system has function of learning on-line, discussing on-line, testing on-line, and guidance with intelligence. It can create a good Self-study environment, increase learning enthusiasm of students, and gain better learning effect. In addition, this system allows teachers to update on-line, made it can be applied to every subject as a universal flat; establishes a good base to development and popularization of our country's E-Learn. This paper expatiates upon the system carefully about the base of theory, idea of design, structure of system, and exploitation of primary module, and introduces Tolerance and assorting as an example to tell us the structure, functions and directions of the system.
