This paper mainly discusses the design principles and chief techniques of multimedia signal accessing into SDH Net. This system synthetizes the technology of compressed coding of audio and vedio signal ,the technology of anti-multiplexing of several El ,and the technique of TS interchange based on CPLD ,S?it is maked possible for audio,vedio and data singal transmitted on SDH Net synchronizely with high flexibility and credibility.The process of phone audio signal accessing into SDH Net ,the calculation of vedio compressed coding based on wavelet transformation and the technology of anti-multiplex of several El are introduced in detail .And the design and realization of TS interchange controller are expatiated. The function of DSP in self-adapting quantization is discussed. At last, the paper also discusses the method of v.24 and v.35 data accessing into SDH Net.The paper demonstrates the macro project design of the system and gives the analyses of its feasibility, and the method of modularizing design is adopted in the actual realization .The system is separated into several function blocks , some specifically used chips are introduced in every block ,so it endows the system with high integrity. All the blocks are cooperated through microcontroller, works in the system harmoniously.The system configurates compactly ,works reliably and steadily ,and can satisfy the request and the target well.
