| Vacuum freezing desiccation technology is a modern high-tech desiccation technology, which is the first choice for the desiccation and preservation of medical biology products and also can be applied to the industry areas like armament, space navigation, material, and foodstuff. Beijing SuYuan Vacuum Tech CO. is a corporation devoted to the design and production of freeze-drier aiming at medicine industry. To accomplish the supervision and control system for the freeze-drier, with the cooperation of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Institute of Information Science and Technology, a supervision and control software system is developed on the hardware platform of PC and Mitsubishi MELSEC-A PLC.The supervision and control software for commerce purports in current market have several shortcomings among which lie two: overwhelmed functions and over-affording price for Chinese customs. How to develop a effective supervision and control software for small-sized freeze-drier system is a core target in this thesis. The project built based on the platform of Widnows98 and Visual C + + meets the need of production.The software system is designed under the object-oriented programming method. By the support of powerful tools of MFC Class Library, the control stability, better visualization and flexible expansibility can be achieved. The system includes two parts: developing environment and running environment.It can provide for the needs of different products through developing different curves for the specific freeze-drying technique. The technique of multithreading and a self-made module of communication class are used, which show the feasibility of data acquisition and control. The software can be a reference for other similar systems. |
