The commodity status digit recognition system is a comprehensive system for the use of anti-fake, crack down on counterfeit goods and business logistics management. It is developed according to the request of China State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and need of business enterprise. The three-tier architecture suits to systems with a certain scale and comparatively complex service logical, and can realize load equalization and reduction of workload on system administration and maintenance. This article elaborates on the integration of the three customers/services computation technology and the realization technology of the commodity numerical code recognition, taking the implementation of the latter as the carrier.This article launches from the research of the three-tier architecture, and emphasizes on the three- tier architecture as well as the design and realization of the commodity status digit recognition system. It analyzes the system structure and pattern of the software, and compares the application development frame and unique feature of the three- tier architecture, and conducts researches on the system structure, internal mechanism, realization steps, and the difficulties of the developed platform for the emerging enterprise-level three- tier architecture. It also elaborates the development frame, structure, concrete design as well as the essential technology and the programming skill of the commodity numerical code recognition system.In order to guard against the false bar code production and guarantee the security of the transmission as well as the confirmation process, we has studied the security technology, and proposed a master plan to carry on the commodity status numerical code recognition. Guarding against the false characteristic in view of the numeral, this article has proposed the use of the encryption algorithm to produce numbers which are guaranteed not to be fabricated. Hence, it is realized to have only one marking for each product and therefore largely facilitate in the database deposits and withdraw.This article elaborates how we use the digital envelope technologyto guarantee the security of the data transmission between the enterprise and the central platform, and explains the design and realization of the system security and some other functions. It also introduces the colony technology, through which we effectively promote the system performance and usability. This technology also helps in the system consummation and the optimization. After our testing, this commodity status digit recognition system is successful.
