V-band Of The O / ¦Ð Phase Shifter Design

The principle and manufacture of a V-band phase-shifter which is used in the project of ''Millimeter wave ISL technology" is discussed in this paper. Enlightened by the characteristics of magic-T, the a project of "balanceable CPW-Slot line 0/Ï€ phase shifter" is adopted. It is a single planar structure which is differ from the traditional " balanceable microstip-Slot line 0/Ï€ phase shifter ".The method of design, simulation and test of the project are presented.The softwares HFSS and Serenade of Ansoft inc. are used to simulate and optimize the circuits in this design, And the simulated results is up to the demand.
