Campus Card System, Encrypted Communications

All the time,security of data communication is a popular theme on the research of computer security, howerer, for the system of "E-Card In University", there aren't a nice resolvent for transfer communication from University to Bank.In this paper, we discuss a new communication scheme in the system of "E-Card In University". In this theme, we use the references either from some process and technique or some flow in the bank trade. At the same time,we melt into process, which is used in the systme of "E-Card In University", when the system bring into effect. In the entire system, we use the DES and some technique in PKI. In order to improve the system security, we introduce some concepts into the theme, such as authentication, timestamp, and communication lock etc. Simultaneously, we advance a new method of twice DES and a new dual-key system. Whereas the key management in system is very important, in this paper, we bring forword a series of measures for key management, include main key distribution, work key forming etc, At one time, this paper introduce particularly some application and processes in realizing this system. Finally, in order to improve this system, we put forword some expectation.
