This thesis discusses the ISAR motion compensattion of high-speed targets, especially on echo signal of high-speed targets and ISAR motion compensation for high-speed targets.Firstly, we introduce the principle of ISAR, and introduce the methods of motion compensation briefly. Motion compensation includes range alignment and phase compensation. The thesis introduces the method of motion compensation which is used in simulation of the later chapters particularly.Secondly, we establish the model of high-speed targets, and calculate the echo signal. From the result, we know that because the echo signal of high-speed targets is LFM signal, we must compensate the frequency modulation slope before motion compensation with usual method. Finally we bring forward two time-frequency analytic methods to evaluate the frequency modulation slope, and use it to compensate the echo signal. After that, we can use usual method of motion compensation. At last we carry out simulation according that steps and we get relatively satisfactory result.
