In current battle systems, information provided by single sensor can no longer match needs of battlefield, while sensor-network, as an effective way to enlarge sense-scope, is paid more and more attention to. A certain sensor-network system is a key project of national 10th five-year plans. The research and development of the system is pretty meaningful to keep up with the tide of this technology.In sensor-network systems, data fusion is the key. And fusion must have data. The data can't always get from experiments. So a simulate project was needed which can output the data of sensor-network. In this simulator ,the tracks are produced according to the points given by operator. In the network, the data of detectors come through wireless or wire channels. Because there are channels' errors, the data will be incorrect. And the checkout of track data's validity, the disposal of errors and the interpolation of data must be done for lightening burden of fusion especially at real time. During the development of the sensor-network, the research of this paper becomes one important part.
