This bomb can destroy the electronics system, perhaps the electric power system immediately. At that time, the Saddam Hussein's Command and Control Center can not contact with anywhere, will be demoralized, surrender, or even change their sides in the war.The high-power microwave weapons use the energy, which is produced by nuclear weapons or high-power microwave sources, to destroy the wireless communication system, wire communication system, radar system, telecommunication system, computer system, electric power system, etc, and thereby to disable enemy command, communication and intelligence system. Otherwise, some of the U.S. army's command and control airplanes that use in nuclear warfare, have anti-microwave ability.Russia started their studies of the microwave weapon at Soviet epoch. The Aldermaston Nuclear Weapon Center in Ukraine, specialize in high-power microwave weapon. This center developed an electromagnetic bomb, which can produce 100 million Joule energy, and menaces the Command Control Communications Computer Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance System of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization is being menaced by it. The SS-8 missile which has high-power microwave is used to attack enemy by electromagnetic pulse. Furthermore Russia has focused their studies on anti-microwave, so Russia army's electronics system has best anti-microwave ability.Because the high-power microwave weapon and anti-microwave is very important for national defense, study the microwave effect is necessary. The semiconductor component is basis of electronics system, and the aim of the high-power microwave weapon, so study it is very significant.Study one physical phenomena may start at the experiment. Use the experiment data and information to build the theory or mathematic model. In the study of microwave effect on semiconductor component, also has two hands. One is experiment, the other is theory. The experiment is basis of theory, so be ignored.We start with diode and transistor, because they are basic component of electronics system, and they are simple. The threshold of destruction is important parameter in the course of high-power microwave destroy semiconductor component, so it become one element should be to be determined.Our aim is to build a high-power microwave experiment system, and determine diode's and dynatron's threshold of destruction. We also study the electromagnetic field. Mastery of electromagnetic field is basis of build experiment system, and is fundamental step gain experiment data, so we treat study electromagnetic field as a key. We use numerical method to analyze the electromagnetic field. We can also use this method to solve many other problems by just modifying the mathematic model a little. For example, when study anti-microwave, we may use this method to analyze the electromagnetic field near the shield; when study high-power interference, we can use this method to analyze the electromagnetic field thread hole or slot; etc.We build the experiment system to go through three stages, the close box, the rectangle wave-guide, and the circular wave-guide.
