This paper is proposed as part of the research item of Multi-motor synchronized driving servo system. The research object is Model 205a Torsional Control System. In the whole design, the system overall schedule is introduced, the mathematic model is constructed and the control algorithms towards such kind of systems is studied to restrain the velocity-error vibration and the disturbance. Then, based on the reconstruction of the system states using Luenburger reduced observer, the 2-mass flexible system is controlled using LQR following the 3-mass system controlled by the combination of both intelligence PID and the states feedback. In the end, the simulation results are given to prove the validity of the methods mentioned above.
