Cloud cover is one of the reason of the lack of the remote sensing data, it is very important to find a way to remove the effects of cloud cover in current condition.The work in this thesis focuses on the removing of cloud cover in one image.The main research content is followed:(1) the imaging model and restoration method of an image with cloud covers is researched. The imaging model of object with the effect of thin cloud is made in this paper, and a restoration method is constructed according to the analyse of the model.(2) The method of the fusion with the original image is presented on the basis of homomorphic filter, and realized it.(3) The method is applied in the removing cloud cover of the subimage of lower frequency which is got with wavelet transform.(4) the research of the removing cloud cover of color image.
