A new way which to measure the characteristic parameter of the phase shifting controller made of fiber with PZT by phase shifting is presented, and its basic principle is introduced in detail. This paper also analyzes the characters of the speckle image; several imaging processing methods are introduced. Based on the analysis of imaging methods of ESPI, this paper also analyzes the factors that affect precision of measurement. The main work of this paper is to realize the system of ESPI.The first chapter mainly introduces the development and application of ESPI; it also introduces main work of this paper. In chapter two, characters of speckle and principle of ESPI are introduced; the principle of in-plane and off-plane measurement with ESPI is also introduced.In chapter three, basic principle of the ESSPI and its imaging method are introduced in detail, the paper also analyzes the factors that affect the precision of ESSPI measurement. At the end of this chapter, the paper introduces the application of ESSPI in contactless measurement.The fourth chapter mainly introduces fringe center method of speckle image. A way which can double interference fringe is introduced here, and it can improve the precision of measurement. The principle of the filter in big curve window is described in detail; it gives a detail description of its steps to realize it.In the fifth chapter, a new way to measure the characteristic parameter of the phase shifting controller made of fiber with PZT by phase shifting is presented. The method is phase shifting with four any steps in a facultative interval. And get the parameter in combining with grouping disposal. This way can also be used to self-verify by the controller. Phase analysis and unwrapped arithmetic are introduced here in detail.The last chapter mainly introduces combination of this system.At the end of this paper, a conclusion is presented,...
