Application Of Multivariate Statistical Process Control Techniques For Condition Monitoring

Thanks for the help of my supervisor, this thesis focuses both on the use of Multivariate Statistical Process Control for large-scale structure's health monitoring and that for status monitoring of aero-engine. A paper about the first topic had already published at the international conference COMADEM. The second part of the thesis is a part of certain project which is sponsored by the Aeronautics Foundation. This thesis also discusses the implementation of corresponding MSPC software. The development of this software follows the philosophy of OO (Object Oriented). In addition, generic programming is also employed in some cases so that the program can be more flexible and faster.
