Adaptive Stochastic Cellular Automata-based Data Mining Technology

With the serious increase of information, it comes to be an important topic on how to mining useful knowledge from the enormous information warehouse which generally has stochastic or uncertain factors. This paper introduces a data mining arithmatica basing on the adaptive stockastic cellular automata theory. With the experiment on computer, it proves to be very efficient.Adaptive stochastic cellular automata includes many stochastic mapping. The mapping between each cellular in cellular automata is very simple, however, the whole cellular automata can express very complex mapping because of the enormous number of cellulares, hence it is more suitable for complex data mining. Also because of the simplicity of cellular mapping, this arithmatica shows its advantage in realtime application.In this paper, this arithmatica is applied in data mining of the mouse movement track, and the test result shows that the adaptive stochastic cellular automata is efficient in this field.
