Intranet-based Research And Development Of The Dnc System

With the development of the computer technology , the network technology and the communication technology , the structure of workshop network is very easy. So on the basis of Intranet, DNC system is good for approach that workshop realizes share of information between systems and reduces stopping machine in production and improves production efficiency.Firstly ,this paper summarizes the conception , the actuality and the development of DNC system. And then the paper processes all-around analysis of DNC system and brings forward three hierarchies control body of operation mode of workshop in DNC system. At the same time, the paper processes designing of all-around project by this mode .In succession, the paper would divide DNC system into three parts to expatiate in detail. They include DNC system of basing on the LAN of workshop, DNC system of basing on equipment network and designing for the management system of reamer, file, facility. In designing for the LAN of workshop, the paper introduce B/S model. Then it constructs three layers frame in DNC workstation according as this model and deeply discusses the key technique. In designing for facility network, the paper study method , frame and communication soft In connecting, network between Numerical control equipment and host computer of DNC. Based on COM component, the paper brings forward designing method for the system of reamer management system, file management system, equipment management system in DNC system and gives an example for the realization of data copy component and data query component in reamer administration.
