Data Watermark is secret information which hides in the digital product. It is generally provided with some characteristics such as imperceptibility, detectability and robustness etc.The performances of audio watermark are discussed firstly, then some classic audio watermark algorithms were listed and meanwhile their robustness test result and idea of improving were suggested. Resemble with the digital watermark methods of the other media such as still image and video, digital audio watermark must account for some problems which consist of perceptual transparency, data bit rate, robustness, security and real-time etc. The robustness of watermark is vital to the practical application, which requires the watermark providing with significant data since it suffered from some intended attacks or unintended revisal. This performance is full of magnitude meaning to the application on copyright protection.Means of watermark attack and test result evaluation are two important components. Besides sorts of attack methods were classified and evaluated, an attack scheme, whose result could be used to estimate robustness of watermark algorithms, was suggested. A serial of tests indicated, many classic watermark algorithms lack of robustness to some attacks. This thesis aims at standardizing robustness test process of audio watermark, and establishing a test platform to evaluate impartially watermark's robustness.
