Job Management System is a kind of system software based on the basic operation system. The major function of that is used to enforce the OS about the job management .According the distribution of jobs in the network hosts,the system resource is utilized efficiently, work loads balanced and the whole function inprovedThe paper focus on constructing communication of job management sytem, Taking part in designing and development of Communication of job management system.lt also extend the net work load balance of the network queue system which is a system devoted to backing up the JMS. The paper optimize the management and control of the job. During the development and research , these results are obtain:Firstly , The policy of Communication Agent-ComAgent is brout out which can work between different systems such as NT and Unix. The policy improve the efficiency of communication largely and short the protocol stack using to communication.Secondly, The author introduce the Tow Phrase Communication protocol to the NETWORK QUEUE SYSTEM(NQS). It guarantee the stability of communication in NQS. Therefore the system will not be crashed due to the unstable network.This protocol commit the datum to remote machines by two phase. As soon as NQS find that datum is irregular, the protocol will discard all the datum of the communication , and rollback to initialize state of communication.Thirdly , The Author unified the synchronization of communication in JMS. There are many communication method in JMS such as mail slot , socket , pipe . But the synchronization method of the them in different process is also different. The Author introduce the classic synchronization mechanism to make all the communication inter-process using this policy.At last ,the paper give the mechanism of executing on job in the process in local machine and remote machine. According to the requirement of users( such as transfer, executing job, load balance ), the NQS provide all the resouce such as queues , servers which are managed by NQS.
